A paid "Guaranteed Slot" booking = one debate of up to 120 minutes of real room time from the scheduled start, in a confirmed slot from the priority calendar. The price is stated in the pricing page in CZK excluding and including VAT. A Flex booking is free.

An outage or defect of our infrastructure (debate server, transport, streaming gateway, recording) that prevents a confirmed debate from starting, interrupts it for more than 10 minutes in total, or loses a recording that was enabled. We assess this from our operational logs and inform the organiser within 2 business days.
By booking a specific slot you request the service at a specified time. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of payment; if the debate took place within that period, the right to a refund lapses. The rules above are equal to or more favourable than the statutory minimum.
