2. Stream Content

✅ Allowed Content:

• Legal and appropriate content
• Educational and entertainment content
• Discussions and debates (respectful)
• Gaming streams, music, art
• Political discussions (within civility)

❌ Prohibited Content:

• Pornography and sexually explicit content
• Violence and gore
• Promotion of illegal activities
• Copyright infringement
• Misinformation and fake news
• Content promoting self-harm

3. Safety and Privacy

• Don't share others' personal information without consent
• Respect the privacy of all users
• Don't attempt unauthorized access to accounts
• Report suspicious or dangerous behavior

4. Spam and Advertising

• Unsolicited advertising and spam
• Repeated sending of the same messages
• Fraudulent schemes and scams
• Metric manipulation (fake views, bots)

5. Copyright

• Stream only content you have rights to
• Respect copyrights of music, videos, and other content
• Use only licensed or royalty-free music
• Credit sources when using third-party content

6. Political and Controversial Topics

We support freedom of speech, but require:

• Respectful discussion even when disagreeing
• Factual accuracy and verified information
• Avoiding extremism and radicalization
• Labeling controversial content

7. Consequences of Violations

Violating these guidelines may result in:

• Warning: First violations typically result in a warning
• Temporary Suspension: Repeated or serious violations
• Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations
• Legal Action: In cases of illegal content

8. Reporting Violations

If you notice violations of these guidelines:

• Use the "Report" feature in the app

• For serious cases: abuse@fairstream.live

9. Appeals

If you believe your suspension or ban was unfair, you can appeal at: appeals@fairstream.live

10. Changes to Guidelines
